White Truffle & Black Truffle: its truffle for every season

From 21 September to 31 January you can always take advantage of a menu dedicated to the White Truffle.
In the summer months, however, you can taste the dishes dedicated to the summer black truffle, the Scorzone.

- You will always find them displayed in a special refrigerator to ensure the best conservation and to allow you to see them.
- The “grating” takes place exclusively at the table in front of the customer.
