White Truffle & Black Truffle: its truffle for every season

From 1 October to 31 January you can always take advantage of a menu dedicated to the White Truffle.
From the first months of the year until spring you will find the menu dedicated to the Prized Black Truffle.
In the summer months, until August 31st, you can taste the dishes dedicated to the summer Black Truffle, the Scorzone.
What differentiates our Truffles?
- You will always find them displayed in a special refrigerator to ensure the best conservation and to allow you to see them.
- The “grating” takes place exclusively at the table in front of the customer.
- Do you wonder why our menu dedicated to truffles has slight variations in costs? This is because to calculate the price of the dish we rely on the official purse which may undergo slight variations based on the period, available quantities and other determining factors.
- Our truffles come directly from the “Trifulau”, the truffle hunters, this allows us to offer you a more competitive price. Furthermore, this allows us to always guarantee the highest quality.
